These terms govern your use of the parksuper platform — covering everything from account registration and PKR deposits to bonuses, withdrawals, sports betting and responsible gaming. Please read them fully before using the platform.

Deposits are generally credited instantly. In rare cases, a deposit may take longer depending on the payment method or network conditions. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, please contact parksuper support with your transaction reference so the matter can be investigated promptly.
Deposits must come from a payment account or card that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your parksuper account — are not permitted. If a deposit is found to have come from a third-party source, the deposit may be returned and the account may be reviewed.
Parksuper offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP-tier-specific promotions such as PSL match-day offers. Every bonus comes with clearly stated terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry periods.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are always stated in the individual promotion's terms.
Bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Extension of bonus expiry periods is not available.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to maintain consistency between deposits and withdrawals and to protect against financial irregularities. If you wish to withdraw to a different method, please contact support before requesting the withdrawal.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, parksuper may request identity verification. This includes a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. This is a one-time process for most players. Accounts that fail to complete verification will have withdrawal requests held until the process is resolved.
Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier. Standard accounts can expect processing within the timeframe communicated at the time of request. Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing, and Diamond tier players are eligible for same-day PKR withdrawals subject to the daily limit applicable to their tier.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Maximum daily withdrawal limits also apply and differ by VIP tier. If you have an active bonus at the time of your withdrawal request, the bonus and any wagering progress may be forfeited in order to proceed.
The parksuper sports betting section covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, among other markets. Bets are accepted on the markets and events listed within the sports section at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — the odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Parksuper reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical fault or circumstances where a match or event is abandoned before a result is determined. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to your account balance.
In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches. Live odds update in real time and bets are accepted subject to the normal confirmation process. There may be a brief delay in accepting in-play bets during high-activity periods such as PSL finals or T20 World Cup matches.
Accumulator bets (multiple selections in a single bet) are available. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. If any single selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that selection. Minimum odds per selection for accumulator bonuses are stated within the relevant promotion's terms.
Slot games, bingo rooms and live casino tables on parksuper are provided by third-party game suppliers. Each game operates according to its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates and mechanics, which are displayed within the game interface. Parksuper does not alter the RTP or outcome logic of any game supplied by its partners.
In the event of a technical fault — including a disconnection during a game round, a display error or a software malfunction — the outcome of the affected round may be voided. Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault will be returned to your account balance. Parksuper is not liable for any winnings that appear to result from a technical error that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.
Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Tickets purchased for a bingo session are non-refundable once that session has started. If a session is cancelled before it begins, ticket costs are refunded to your account balance. Jackpot prizes in bingo and slots are paid as a single lump sum in PKR unless otherwise stated in the game's own terms.
Live casino tables are subject to table limits that vary by game and time of day. Parksuper may adjust table limits at any time. The live casino operates in real time — decisions made at the table (such as a card being dealt) cannot be reversed once the action has been confirmed on screen.
Your parksuper account is for your personal use only. Sharing your account with another person, allowing someone else to log in on your behalf, or operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted. Any activity carried out from your account — regardless of who performed it — is your responsibility.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Parksuper will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.

In the event of a suspension, you will typically be notified by email. During a suspension, access to your account, deposits and withdrawals will be restricted. Parksuper will investigate the matter and communicate an outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Balances held as a result of fraudulent activity, bonus exploitation or prohibited conduct will not be paid out.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you can contact parksuper support at any time. Any confirmed real-money balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method before the account is closed.
Parksuper provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability. Parksuper is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime outside of confirmed technical errors that directly affected active game rounds.
Parksuper is not liable for any losses, damages or costs — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of the platform beyond what is expressly covered by these terms. In particular, parksuper is not responsible for losses arising from decisions you make while gaming, changes in sporting results after a bet is placed, or actions taken by third-party game providers.
These terms may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform after terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If significant changes are made, parksuper may notify registered players by email.
