Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page and enter your registered mobile number. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Enter the OTP and you will be prompted to set a new password. Make sure your new password is at least eight characters and mixes letters with numbers.

No. ParkSuper allows only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is against the Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, visit the Login page or use the password reset option.

Log in to your account and navigate to your profile settings. From there you can update your display name, email address and communication preferences. Changing a registered mobile number may require identity verification to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

Deposits & Payments
